Service Description
What you will be learning: - How to make a lady finger - How to make a Raspberry jelly - How to make a rose bavaroise mousse - How to spray 2 different color with velvet effect What to expect: - You will be working in a group of 5 people. There will be 4 groups (20 per class). Each student will be making 3 clouds and going home with the recipe and their beautiful desserts. - During the class you will be assisted with chef Clement and his assistant Chef Gisselle. - The class will last around 2.30 hours. - A table of mini desserts will be at your disposition with bottles of water. - All we want is for you to have a fun experience and learn new technique from the Chefs. - Any cancelation 72 hours prior the class will not be refunded Merci!!!
